Shopelitecouture.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible depending on product availability. Once an order is placed we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of products and the shipping options that are chosen.

Elite Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders that have a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, which can delay shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Easy Returns
Exchanges or in store credit allowed for damaged merchandise with the original packaging, tickets and handtags and in original condition. Elite Couture will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Be sure to include your Order ID and name of the outside of your return package. Order ID can be found on your invoice.
